The history of "Tomsk Mills" began in 1907 the year when the first Fuksman mill was built on the right bank of the Tom River. In 1913, the merchant Kukhterin’s mill appeared nearby. Tomsk merchants understood that grain, flour and bread were strategic product, and not spared funds for equipment with the latest technology. Even then, Tomsk Mills produced 48 000 tons of flour annually.

Both mills were nationalized.
A railway line was built.
They launched an elevator at 40 thousand tons.
A feed mill was built with a capacity of 430 tons per day.
The reconstruction of the flour mills number 1 and number 2. They installed Swiss equipment company BUHLER.
Construction of the mill №3 for processing rye.
